How Fivebreak is made

Who it is for. Fivebreak is written for professionals, university students and students preparing for university. It is intellectually demanding but suitable for younger readers too.

Topics. Each weekday has a section: Monday History, Tuesday Major Events, Wednesday Science, Thursday Economy, Friday Health, Saturday Sports, Sunday Culture. Topics are chosen to be interesting, neutral and suitable for a general audience.

AI-assisted production. Fivebreak uses AI-assisted tools to help draft articles, tests, recordings and images. Every edition must follow our editorial guidelines for accuracy, neutrality and language quality, and automated checks block editions that do not.

Facts and sources. Articles rely on well-established information from official or primary sources. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it.

Images. Lead images are AI-generated editorial illustrations created for each article. They are not documentary photographs of real events or people.

Safety. We do not publish sexual, hateful, discriminatory or graphically violent content. Sensitive subjects appear only when essential to understanding a topic, handled factually and neutrally.
